James greeted me upon my arrival Sunday mid-afternoon. I told Jim I’d been shopping on their website. He asked me a few questions and took me directly to the mattresses that would meet my needs. I tried a few mattresses, asked about how they were made and decided on a Sealy. Today is Tuesday, it’s early afternoon and my new mattress has been delivered, set in place and is ready to be ‘dressed up’ in her new sheets, quilt, pillows and blanket. I’ve been making nearly all of the major purchases for this family over more than fourth-five years. Overall my
experience was stellar! Jim was outstanding: his knowledge of the products, he asked the right questions and listened to and met, no, exceeded my expectations in every area! I highly recommend this store and Jim!
